This certification program is broken into 2 - 20 hour
sessions. In these sessions, you will obtain in depth
training on
* Assessing the patient
* Gait Analysis
* Breathing Analysis
* Proper Treatment Procedures
You will have many opportunities to participate in
hands-on training and analysis by Dr. Clary.
Upon completion, you will be able to use Functional
Analysis Technique properly and effectively in your
practice and see amazing results in your patients!
After completing 40 hours of training, you will participate
in an exam covering the materials and information learned.
Upon passing the exam, you will receive your Certification
in Functional Analysis Technique. This exam will take
place during the last 20 hour session.
DESCRIPTION
This program will take you through the assessment, analysis and technique to better treat your patients and get amazing results!
Foundational Tenets
1) The human nervous system innately is tuned towards survival of the organism. This survival tendency manifests itself as
the development and continuance of efficient use of energy for all its processes, metabolic/physiological processes. These processes
and pathways are directed on input (sensory) side of the system. Conservation of energy and the efficient use of that energy towards
expression of optimal potential in life.
2) Lack of proper proprioception leads to aberrant local and global movement patterns (dysponesis)
a) Improper sensory integration leads to inefficient/ imbalanced efferent yield, local/global efferent dysfunction, disability, disease states,
symptoms and loss of human potentia
b) Aberrant local and global movement patterns habituate (pathological neuro-plascity) unless adjusted, attenuated and eliminated from
the input side. Physiological filtering and integration through the thalamus.
3) The top two dominant reflexes in the hierarchy of adult human survival are the Breathing Reflex and the Righting Reflex.
a) The two most important reflexes that can be observed (for function) and corrected are the Breathing Reflex and the righting Reflex.
b) If the Breathing Reflex or the Righting Reflex are not corrected properly all other input/out put system adjustments (chiropractic
adjustments, physical rehabilitation, diet therapy, psychological therapy) become less effective at best and iatrogenic at worse.
c) The Righting Reflex is expressed not only in static balance but also more importantly through dynamic equilibrium and coordinated
movement patterns. Dynamic equilibrium place more stress on the system than simple standing balance and thus can be used as a
superior subluxation assessment tool.
d) Dynamic equilibrium, because it places a large stress on the nervous system, reveals rapid changes to correction and or impairment
forces. Immediate correction can be noted by the chiropractor.
e) Inefficient breathing patterns shift the nervous system to a negative state of utilizing all conserved energy for appropriate oxygen
exchange. The Breathing Reflex is the driving reflex of all physiological processes. It is the first step and the controlling factor to all
physiological process
Benefits to Doctors
*Ability to obtain higher functionality in patients
*Advanced training and education of the technique
*Connections to other doctors with this technique ability
*Opportunity to participate in the FACT Doctor Program

Words from DC's on Dr. Clary's program:
I want to thank you for a day of learning that kept me on the edge of my seat. The newest perforations on my tongue were from all of the light bulbs going off in my head throughout the day. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with all of this new ammunition in the form of facts and research. Worth the price of admission alone! - D.C., Bellville, OH
I attended your seminar in Akron yesterday. I was the one with the bad shoulder you adjusted. I have never felt so good! Thanks. I want to get your book and I want to learn this technique. Where do you teach it? When? You said in the seminar that if we emailed you, you'd send a copy of your book. Please send it to me A.S.A.P!! I want to get going on this NOW - D.C., Stow, OH

Dr. Fred Clary has been teaching an introductory class in this technique to doctors across the
country for several years. Every class has had amazing events during the program. During
the classes, every participant has had the opportunity to be adjusted using this technique.
Here are just a few examples of the immediate results shown just in the classes with the
doctors themselves!
* Irregular Heartbeats or Murmurs: Before adjustment, each attendee verifies that the
doctor being adjusted has an irregular heartbeat or heart murmur. Dr. Clary performs the
adjustment using this technique. Heart beats regular and is verified again by attendees.
* Stroke Impairments: One of the attending doctors had had a stroke approx. nine months
earlier. Since the stroke, he had been unable to raise his right arm and his right leg more than
a few inches. Dr. Clary adjusted him using the Functional Analysis Technique. He
immediately got off the table and started prancing around the room exclaiming "Look what I
can do!" as he lifted his arm above his head and his leg to a 90 degree angle! This doctor has
since sent his associates to Dr. Clary's classes.
* Kidney Problems: In one of the classes, Dr. Clary performed the assessment used with
this technique. He questionned the doctor specifically about having a kidney problem and
found that his assessment was correct. Dr. Clary performed the adjustment using the
Functional Analysis Technique. The doctor reported amazing results!
These are just a few of the things that have been happening during the classes Dr. Clary has
taught on this technique!
Dr. Clary has put together a 40-hour Certification program for this technique, the FACT
Certification. Now doctors can obtain the in-depth training and knowledge to perform this
adjustment confidently with the same results seen in the seminars!
In addition to the Certification program, doctors who are certified will now have the
opportunity to join the FACT Doctor Program which will enable them to communicate with
other FACT Certified doctors!
