| Our Wisconsin Spring and Fall weekends have consistently had approx. 200 DCs in attendance....and we're growing! Once you've reserved a space, we keep you updated monthly on the current attendance level. We also give you personalized attention and promotion guidance so that you get the biggest 'bang' for your buck! |
Exhibitor: Each exhibitor received an 8x10’ skirted table with 2 chairs
Sponsors:
Packet - We will include one piece of information brochure, pamphlet,
sample) from your company in each attendees information packet
they receive at the beginning of the weekend.
Minor - We will promote your business during the event and
have signs around the event with your name on them. You will also
be listed as the sponsor in the Extravaganza Program.
Reception - We will promote your business during the event and have signs
around the event with your name on them. With this sponsorship, you
also have the opportunity to speak with the doctors up to 15 minutes
during the reception. We will set you up right in the reception area so
that all doctors participating will be exposed to your product!
Major Sponsor (limited to 4):
► You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself (up
to 5 minutes) and a introduce a speaker for one
classroom.
► We will have signs in the exhibit area stating you are a
major sponsor.
► You will also be listed as a major sponsor in the Expo
Program.
► We will include one of your brochures in each
attendees follow-up attendance letter.
► You will receive a list of everyone who attends the
program.
► You will have the opportunity to speak during the
reception Sat. night. (see above under Reception)
Demonstration Sponsor (limited to 4):
► You will have the opportunity to speak and demonstrate or discuss your
product or service to the attendees during a break in the exhibit area. A
microphone will be provided. Attendees must enter the break area during
breaktimes to fulfill the requirements for their CE credits - so you have a
captive audience!
► You will also be listed as a sponsor in the Expo Program.
► We will include one of your brochures in each attendees follow-up
attendance letter.
► You will receive a list of everyone who attends the program.
