When you're enrolled in the program, you can take as many of our CE seminars as you wish for free during your membership period. This includes- live, live-stream and online . You can also attend only as many hours of a seminar as you want during the benefit period - All hours, or just a couple at a time - it's your choice!
All regular CE seminars are included.  The only seminars which are not included in this program are Diplomate or Certification programs.

LATE REGISTRATION FEE: Each seminar has a late registration fee added the Monday prior to a seminar. This includes Doctor Program Members. As long as you register prior to the Monday before a seminar you’d like to take, there is no charge. There is no cancellation fee either, so if you register for a seminar that you are considering ahead of the late registration time period, you are not penalized if you decide to cancel.

NO SEMINARS CANCELLED*!  Once you register for a seminar, you can count on it taking place...even if you're the only one attending! *In the case of a medical emergency, Act of God, or death of instructor, we will reschedule or provide an alternate option for doctors registered.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

1. Membership is specific to the person enrolling.  It does not include additional staff.
2. Individual doctors cannot transfer their membership to another person. 
3. Membership is fully refundable up to 48 hours after payment is made and only if no use of the benefits occur.  After 48 hours, membership payment is non-refundable. 
4. The membership period is 2 years from the date of payment entered into our system.
5. All Seminars are included in as a benefit of the Doctor Program except for Certification or Diplomate programs.  Certification or Diplomate programs will be indicated as such on the website.
6. There is no cancellation or penalty fee to members cancelling a registration or not showing up at the registered for seminar.
7. The $75 late registration fee is applied to members as well as non-members beginning the Monday prior to a seminar.
8.  A non-member who pays for a seminar may use this payment towards upgrading to a membership only if paid prior to the start of the seminar.
9. A member may have access to any class notes we have available.

We guarantee to hold more than enough CE seminars for our active states to ensure you will have ample opportunity to obtain your required hours for relicensure.
