Attendance Documentation
Attendee must complete and submit the exam after viewing the seminar in order to receive credit for attending. YOU MUST FILL OUT THE EVALUATION IN ORDER TO GET YOUR ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION OF CE HOURS - The link to the evaluation is in the email that also has the link to start the seminar. We email your attendance letter to you within 2 business days of submitting the evaluation. Each week, we report hours to state boards, PACE, CE Brokers if necessary. Some states do not require us to report to them, only to you. We keep records of your attendance for at least 4 years - so if you ever lose this documentation, contact us and we can get a copy to you.
CE Hours:
You will earn credit for the time viewing an online seminar with the passage of the exam with at least 75% accuracy. If exam is not passed with 75% accuracy, attendee will be notified and given a chance to retake the exam. If passed on the retake, attendee will receive credit hours. If not passed again, attendee will be informed that they did not pass and they must view the course again and take the exam again. Attendee will not be charged for additional viewings and can re-take the course until passage without charge.

Members
Members of the Doctor Program must take online seminars and submit the exam while their membership is active, or pay the cost of the seminar.
General Information:
When you register for an online seminar, you will be emailed a confirmation that contains a link to the notes, a link to begin the seminar, a link to the evaluation and instructions. You can take an online seminar at any time, it’s at your convenience.
It’s best to complete the full program at one time. But if that’s not possible, you can click the link to begin the seminar again and slide the progress bar to where you left off. Our online seminars are recorded from live-stream seminars that were presented earlier in the year, and Zoom documents your IP address, location and time in the program.
Our online seminars are recorded from live-stream seminars that were presented earlier in the year. They were live when recorded and contain the questions the instructors had to post for those live attendees. These questions were posted at the beginning of each break. When you are taking this recorded seminar as an online seminar, you do not need to answer those questions - the system will not let you answer them either. Do not be concerned about this. This will just indicate to you that it is break time. The questions you need to answer will be in the evaluation link in the email that you must fill out at the end of the program.
What you will need for the class:
1. We suggest you have a pen and paper to take notes on. All notes are currently available online.
2. You need a desktop or laptop computer, or ipad, with internet capabilities, and speakers to view an online seminar.
