A hands-on extremity adjusting workshop designed to take your clinical skills to the next level.

Move beyond basic extremity techniques and learn a simple, systematic approach to manually adjusting the joints of the wrist, hand, shoulder, foot, ankle, and other extremities—with greater precision, efficiency, and patient comfort.

This workshop provides chiropractors with a practical, step-by-step methodology for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating extremity conditions. You’ll develop the hands-on skills and clinical confidence needed to deliver effective adjustments while minimizing unnecessary discomfort for your patients.

Dr. Craig Hayes graduated from Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas Texas in 1996.  He has practiced in Tulsa since January 1997.  Dr. Hayes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy.  Dr. Hayes specializes in general chiropractic practice and sports injuries.  He is skilled in Diversified Technique, Activator and Soft Tissue Techniques including Myofascial Disruption Technique and Active Release Technique.  Dr. Hayes has been a team physician for the Tulsa Crude Hockey team, and has been involved in the treatment of professional athletes.

Dr. Hayes has recieved advanced training in the treatment of animals using manual therapies.  He works closly with local veternarians to render high quality care to your family pets.

Away from his professional career Dr. Hayes has a wife (Wendy) and two children (Colby and Payton).  He serves as a head football coach for the Broken Arrow Silver..

Attendance Policy
Upon arrival at a live seminar, you will sign in using our registration log. The seminar monitor will record your official arrival time.

Before leaving for the lunch break, you must sign out. The monitor will document your departure time. When you return from lunch, you will sign in again, and the monitor will note your return time.

When you leave the seminar and do not plan to return—whether at the scheduled end time or earlier—you must sign out. The monitor will record your final departure time.
If you do not sign in and out and our monitor assign the times of arrival and departure, you will not get any CE hours for attending as we cannot prove to a state board that you were there the full time.

CE Hours:
To earn full credit for an hour, you must sign or log in within 10 minutes of the hour's start and stay signed/logged in for a minimum of 50 minutes. Credit is awarded only in full-hour increments—partial hours are not credited. However, you are welcome to attend for less than the full scheduled time and will receive credit for each full hour completed.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy
You may cancel your registration or transfer to another seminar of equal or lesser cost up until the Monday prior to the scheduled seminar. If you transfer to a seminar of lesser cost before that Monday, the overage will be refunded, minus a 3.5% credit card processing fee. If you cancel before that Monday, your registration fee—minus a 3.5% credit card processing fee—will be refunded. After that Monday, all fees become non-refundable and non-transferable.

Seminar Policy
Seminars will proceed as scheduled as long as at least one doctor is registered at least one week prior to the seminar date, and none of the exceptions listed below apply. If no registrations are received by that time, the seminar will be canceled.

Exceptions to Scheduled Seminars: A seminar may be postponed, canceled, or adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters), Government regulations or restrictions (e.g., COVID-related shutdowns), Instructor medical emergencies, Major travel disruptions (e.g., flight delays or cancellations that prevent arrival). If any of these events occur, you will be notified immediately and offered a suitable alternative—such as a rescheduled date, a substitute instructor, or a switch to a live-streamed format—provided the alternative preserves the legitimacy and accreditation of your continuing education hours.

Attendee Code of Conduct
To maintain a professional and respectful learning environment, any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior toward others will be asked to leave the seminar. According to the CE Hours Policy above, attendance credit will be granted only for the time you are physically present in the seminar room. Fetterman Events reserves the right to remove any person who they deem is being disruptive or inappropriate and inhibiting the learning of other attendees.
