When you leave the seminar and do not plan to return—whether at the scheduled end time or earlier—you must sign out. The monitor will record your final departure time. If you do not sign in and out with our monitor assigning the times of arrival and departure, you will not get any CE hours for attending as we cannot prove to a state board that you were there the full time.

Credit is awarded only in full-hour increments—partial hours are not credited. If you cancel before that Monday, your registration fee—minus a 3.5% credit card processing fee—will be refunded. After that Monday, all fees become non-refundable and non-transferable.

If no registrations are received by that time, the seminar will be canceled. You can view the current number of registered doctors above. Exceptions to Scheduled Seminars:A seminar may be postponed, canceled, or adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters), Government regulations or restrictions (e.g., COVID-related shutdowns), Instructor medical emergencies, Major travel disruptions (e.g., flight cancellations that prevent arrival). If any of these events occur, you will be notified immediately and offered a suitable alternative—such as a rescheduled date, a substitute instructor, or a switch to a live-streamed format—provided the alternative preserves the legitimacy and accreditation of your continuing education hours.
Seminar Code of Conduct To maintain a professional and respectful learning environment, any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior toward others will be asked to leave the seminar.
