Class Descriptions:

Professional Boundaries & Ethics - Dr. Steve Silverman
- Presented Friday 2pm-4pm, Saturday 8am-10am - Same program each day

This program fulfills the new Wisconsin CE requirements for Professional Boundary hours. This program will enhance the doctor’s knowledge of professional ethics in practice. It will give him a better understanding of the legal requirements.

The Neuro-Chemical Subluxation: Environmental Toxins, Hormonal Interference, and the Restoration of Autonomic Tone – Dr. Elena Villenueva
- Presented Friday & Saturday, 8am-11am - Same program each day

This presentation demonstrates how Endocrine-Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs), mycotoxins, and heavy metals trigger viscerosomatic reflexes that manifest as localized protective muscular guarding and vertebral malposition. Through clinical case studies, we will identify how this toxic load manifests as "downstream" symptoms, including chronic musculoskeletal pain, migraines, and weight-loss resistance. Attendees will explore why traditional structural adjustments may fail to "hold" when the chemical interference of the subluxation complex remains unaddressed, providing a biological framework to clear these roadblocks and restore true neurological tone.

Upper & Lower Extremity Adjusting - Dr. Craig Hayes
- Presented Fri. 8am-1pm & Sat. 2pm-5pm - Continued, not same each day

This extremity adjusting workshop is like none other. It was designed to demonstrate to and teach the DC how to manually adjust extremity articulations more effectively and efficiently with little to no discomfort to the patient. The methodology uses a simple, step-by-step, systematic process to adjust the carpals, tarsals, and other extremity joints.

You will learn basic skills and understanding of how to properly assess, diagnose and treat conditions involving the wrist and hand, shoulder, foot and ankle. Any DC that learns and implements this manual extremity adjusting methodology will certainly notice a significant improvement in their management of extremity conditions.

Shoulders & Knees: Evaluation & Treatment with Laser Therapy
- Dr. Dave Tucker
- Presented Fri. & Sat. 11am - 1pm - Same each day

This class will focus on the evaluation and treatment with lasers of shoulders and knees. Dr. Tucker will review how to effectively perform laser therapy for common shoulder and knee problems. You will learn the effects that will occur with laser treatment and how those effects can elevate your other treatments to get your patients functioning better.

Motion X-Rays & Compliance - Don O’Handley
- Presented Fri. 4pm-6pm & Sat. 11am-1pm - Same each day
Don O’Handley will bring the newest technology to you in this class along with State Compliancy Issues that may affect you in your practice. This class includes information on the DDR ( Dynamic Direct Radiography), 17x48 full spine DR panel, Glassless DR panels, and more. DDR is similar to a movie camera. The camera takes 15 individual x-ray frames per second to create the motion x-ray. The successive x-rays are digitized and sequenced to create a video representation of the movement of the bones. Join us to learn more about the new technologies and a chance to ask general imaging questions to a qualified instructor!

Pain Management & Mobility - Dr. Brad Hayes
- Presented Friday 2pm-9pm - 4 hours Nutrition Included
Dr. Hayes will take you through the current pain methods of MDs and DOs and the impact they really have on patients.  You will learn the current research and theories on pain management and some very innovative things you can do as chiropractors to control pain.
You will come out of this class with a better understanding of and more ways to alleviate and control the pain your patients are experiencing, and some of the major conditions that your patients have that can be treated successfully in your practice

Identifying Trauma in Patients & How to Effectively Treat Them
- Nikole Bethea, MA, LLP
Presented Fri. 6pm-8pm & Sat. 5pm-7pm - Same each day
Prior trauma can lessen trust, alter perceptions of physical touch, and hands-on examinations and chiropractic treatments may trigger stress responses. These effects can inhibit your Chiropractic treatment. Join us to learn how to more effectively identify and treat patients with trauma and avoid triggering prior traumas.

Myofascial Disruption Technique - Dr. Brad Hayes
- Presented Saturday 2pm-9pm
Dr. Hayes is the co-developer of Myofascial Disruption Technique, a soft tissue technique that is responsible for the resolution of many soft tissue conditions including ankle sprains, knee sprains, shoulder conditions, etc.  This course will clearly demonstrate the principles that will tell you exactly what and how to treat the condition for a very rapid response.  After reviewing the science, the very specific conditions are discussed and treatment is demonstrated on live patients.  All of these procedures have an immediate response, and often a resolution in a short period of time returning people to their normal activity.  You will see real treatment of real patients so that you will know exactly how to treat them and will have the confidence to do this treatment immediately after taking this class.

When you leave the seminar and do not plan to return—whether at the scheduled end time or earlier—you must sign out. The monitor will record your final departure time.
If you do not sign in and out and our monitor assign the times of arrival and departure, you will not get any CE hours for attending as we cannot prove to a state board that you were there the full time.

CE Hours:
To earn full credit for an hour, you must sign or log in within 10 minutes of the hour's start and stay signed/logged in for a minimum of 50 minutes. Credit is awarded only in full-hour increments—partial hours are not credited. However, you are welcome to attend for less than the full scheduled time and will receive credit for each full hour completed.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy
You may cancel your registration or transfer to another seminar of equal or lesser cost up until the Monday prior to the scheduled seminar. If you transfer to a seminar of lesser cost before that Monday, the overage will be refunded, minus a 3.5% credit card processing fee. If you cancel before that Monday, your registration fee—minus a 3.5% credit card processing fee—will be refunded. After that Monday, all fees become non-refundable and non-transferable.

Seminar Policy
Seminars will proceed as scheduled as long as at least one doctor is registered at least one week prior to the seminar date, and none of the exceptions listed below apply. If no registrations are received by that time, the seminar will be canceled.

Exceptions to Scheduled Seminars: A seminar may be postponed, canceled, or adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters), Government regulations or restrictions (e.g., COVID-related shutdowns), Instructor medical emergencies, Major travel disruptions (e.g., flight delays or cancellations that prevent arrival). If any of these events occur, you will be notified immediately and offered a suitable alternative—such as a rescheduled date, a substitute instructor, or a switch to a live-streamed format—provided the alternative preserves the legitimacy and accreditation of your continuing education hours.

Attendee Code of Conduct
To maintain a professional and respectful learning environment, any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior toward others will be asked to leave the seminar. According to the CE Hours Policy above, attendance credit will be granted only for the time you are physically present in the seminar room.
