We currently have 4 conventions each year.  We continually have between 200-400 doctors at each one AND we limit the number of vendors to enhance your opportunities and experience with the doctors.
All receptions and continental breakfasts and breaks are held in the vendor area! Occasionally we will have special games intended to bring the doctors to you at your booth as well!

If you would like to exhibit at one of the conventions, please complete the registration below. Camica in our office will contact you after you complete the registration to confirm details and keep in touch with you about your participation.

We do not allow many exhibitors at our programs! This helps us make your investment a true value to you. The Doctors attending get a good chance to talk with you and get to know you and your product. Many exhibitors form lasting working relationships with our doctors that is evident at each of our events.

We ensure traffic flow through the exhibit area by:
1. putting exhibitors in the path to classrooms
2. having all food and beverage services within the exhibit area
3. encouraging all doctors verbally to visit each exhibitor and thank them for participating. We let the doctors know that YOU are the reason we can hold these events each year.

Exhibit Space gives you one 8’x10’ table with 2 chairs in the exhibit area of the convention.
