Understanding Diagnostic Ultrasounds: Recognizing the Findings That Matter– Dr. Alicia Yochum
Join Dr. Alicia Yochum for a clinically focused seminar that combines extremity MRI interpretation with diagnostic ultrasound to help you develop a more comprehensive approach to evaluating musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Yochum will teach a systematic method for reviewing MRI and diagnostic ultrasound findings, identifying abnormalities, and recognizing areas that deserve closer attention.

You’ll learn what to look for on diagnostic ultrasound, how to evaluate what you are seeing, and how ultrasound findings can complement MRI interpretation to provide greater clinical insight. The course will emphasize recognizing significant pathology, identifying potential red flags, and determining when additional evaluation or referral may be appropriate.

From common injuries to findings that may be unexpected or easily overlooked, your ability to recognize important imaging clues can make a difference in clinical decision-making. Strengthen your skills in diagnostic ultrasound and extremity MRI interpretation and gain a practical framework for recognizing the findings that shouldn't be missed.

Upper & Lower Crossed Syndromes: Recognizing Postural Imbalances & Restoring Functional Movement
Postural imbalances can create movement problems that extend far beyond what you see on the surface. Upper and Lower Crossed Syndromes are common patterns of muscular imbalance that can contribute to altered biomechanics, restricted mobility, compensatory movement, and recurring musculoskeletal complaints.

In this clinically focused seminar, chiropractors will learn how to recognize the patterns, identify the underlying muscle dysfunction, and develop targeted strategies to improve movement and function.

Participants will gain a practical framework for evaluating patients with Upper and Lower Crossed Syndromes and learn how postural and muscular imbalances can influence the spine, pelvis, extremities, and overall biomechanics.

Recognizing Trauma Responses and Their Impact on Chiropractic Care
- Nikole Bethea, MA, LLP
Prior trauma can lessen trust, alter perceptions of physical touch, and hands-on examinations and chiropractic treatments may trigger stress responses. These effects can inhibit your Chiropractic treatment. Join us to learn how to more effectively identify and treat patients with trauma and avoid triggering prior traumas.

Before leaving for the lunch break, you must sign out. The monitor will document your departure time. When you return from lunch, you will sign in again, and the monitor will note your return time.

When you leave the seminar and do not plan to return—whether at the scheduled end time or earlier—you must sign out. The monitor will record your final departure time.
If you do not sign in and out and our monitor assign the times of arrival and departure, you will not get any CE hours for attending as we cannot prove to a state board that you were there the full time.

CE Hours:
To earn full credit for an hour, you must sign or log in within 10 minutes of the hour's start and stay signed/logged in for a minimum of 50 minutes. Credit is awarded only in full-hour increments—partial hours are not credited. However, you are welcome to attend for less than the full scheduled time and will receive credit for each full hour completed.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy
You may cancel your registration or transfer to another seminar of equal or lesser cost up until the Monday prior to the scheduled seminar. If you transfer to a seminar of lesser cost before that Monday, the overage will be refunded, minus a 3.5% credit card processing fee. If you cancel before that Monday, your registration fee—minus a 3.5% credit card processing fee—will be refunded. After that Monday, all fees become non-refundable and non-transferable.

Seminar Policy
Seminars will proceed as scheduled as long as at least one doctor is registered at least one week prior to the seminar date, and none of the exceptions listed below apply. If no registrations are received by that time, the seminar will be canceled.

Exceptions to Scheduled Seminars: A seminar may be postponed, canceled, or adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters), Government regulations or restrictions (e.g., COVID-related shutdowns), Instructor medical emergencies, Major travel disruptions (e.g., flight delays or cancellations that prevent arrival). If any of these events occur, you will be notified immediately and offered a suitable alternative—such as a rescheduled date, a substitute instructor, or a switch to a live-streamed format—provided the alternative preserves the legitimacy and accreditation of your continuing education hours.

Attendee Code of Conduct
To maintain a professional and respectful learning environment, any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior toward others will be asked to leave the seminar. According to the CE Hours Policy above, attendance credit will be granted only for the time you are physically present in the seminar room.
